About My Boys

ALEX is my husband of 9 years. We met in Charlotte, NC, my home town. He is originally from Fairfax. If you think you have met the biggest Redskins fan in history, you have not met Alex. He lives Redskins. Aside from that, he loves most sports and spending time with his two little monkeys. And me too, of course! We moved to this area in 1999 and were married on Sept. 14, 2002.

BRENDAN is our first child. He is 8 years old. He was the first grandchild and nephew on both sides of the family. Spoiled? Maybe just a little....He is full of energy, loves to laugh and will negotiate or argue ANYTHING with you. He is quite the comedian at times and seems to make friends (big and small) any place he goes. He is now a third grader who just started in a gifted child program and we are SO proud of him. He can be kept happy with video games, a funny book, playing sports and chocolate! I predict politician or attorney for this kid.

GRIFFIN is known affectionately as "Da Griffy", a name he coined for himself. He is 4 years old. Don't let his precious big blue eyes fool you! He is in charge and he knows it. He is very affectionate and can have the most passionate tantrum you have ever seen. He runs HEAD FIRST in to anything….and then laughs about it. Don’t look away – he is not afraid of much. He is mostly enthralled with his big brother and wants to do everything he does. His loves include race cars, video games, watching sports with his daddy and anything with CHEESE! I see football player or WWE superstar in his future.
